| BEFORE: A severe drainage problem at the back of the house (a retaining wall was draining too much and undermining the rear deck). A steep hillside with the inability to mow or plant it properly. |

| AFTER: A masonry and gravel drainage system which corrected the problem. |

| The cobblestone pavers fit tightly and look great, but do allow all water to percolate under ground and out of the area to drains placed in the front hill. |

| The paver path continues around the entire front of the house, where it was in a shallower, but well-prepared hole which had gravel and basecoarse in it. |
